STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


  1. Agreement: By placing an order on this platform, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. A valid contract exists upon acceptance of the order by Leaptwo (Pty) Ltd.
  2. Payment: Payment terms are specified at checkout and on invoices. All payments must be made via the methods provided, and goods will only be dispatched once payment is confirmed.
  3. Ownership and Risk: Ownership of goods passes upon full payment. Risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery to the customer or their designated recipient.
  4. Delivery: Delivery times are estimates. Leaptwo (Pty) Ltd is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond its control.
  5. Returns and Refunds: 
    1. Custom-Made Goods: Products that are designed and manufactured to client specifications are non-refundable and cannot be returned, except in cases of defects or errors attributable to the Company.
    2. Standard Products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the goods are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds or exchanges for such items are subject to inspection and approval. 
    3. Defective Items: Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.
  7. Warranty: All goods are warranted against defects for a reasonable period, as stipulated by the CPA, provided they are used under normal conditions and as intended.
  8. Limitation of Liability: Leaptwo (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its goods or services.
  9. Privacy: Customer information is processed in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Details are only shared with third parties as necessary for order fulfillment.
  10. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and disputes shall be resolved in a South African court with appropriate jurisdiction.
